Our goal at McKinney Family Vineyards is to respect the privacy of our guests, customers, and club members. We offer email newsletter announcements to inform you of upcoming club releases, special promotions, blogs, how to access our limited production wines, and general information about how the winery, vineyards, and team are doing. We collect personal information about you as a guest/customer including your name, address, phone number, postal code, etc. in order to place orders, process payments, create a paid reservation for you, and ship merchandise to you. The information you share with McKinney Family Vineyards will never be shared with or sold to any other companies, websites, third parties, or individuals. If you provide your email for marketing campaigns or information about our membership and/or establishment, your information will never be sold or distributed to any other website or list. Our emails we send will have an unsubscribe option that can be easily used.
When signing up for McKinney Family Vineyards mailing list, or submitting a wine order on our website with a credit card, all credit card records and transactions occur via secure methods. Your credit card information is secured using SSL – Secure Sockets Layer encryption technology. We use this SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read. We make every effort to ensure the security and integrity of our network and systems.
Changes to your personal information can be done through your online account, or by contacting us directly at info@mckinneyfamilyvineyards.com. To update your club membership status, you must contact us directly at wineclub@mckinneyfamilyvineyards.com.
Text Message Privacy Policy Addendum
This Text Message Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum is a legal agreement between McKinney Family Vineyards (“McKinney Family Vineyards”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you that supplements our Privacy Policy, available from https://mckinneyfamilyvineyards.com/privacy/, by specifically describing our privacy practices in connection with your use of our SMS messaging program (the “Platform”). In the event of any conflict between the Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum and the Privacy Policy in relation to the subject matter provided herein, the Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum shall take precedent.

Under no circumstances will McKinney Family Vineyards sell or share your name, mobile telephone number, or other personal information with third-parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Under no circumstances will McKinney Family Vineyards purchase or use your name and mobile telephone number collected from third parties.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number or short code that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You will receive messages with info, promotions, and offers to the number(s) you have provided, including use of an automated system.
